This Privacy Policy explains how Mahajan & Pandey Software Solutions ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Vibo mobile application ("Vibo" or "the App"). By using Vibo, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information you provide
- Account information. When you sign in, we receive your name, email address, and a unique identifier from your chosen sign-in provider (Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple). If you use Sign in with Apple's private email relay, we store only the relay address.
- Profile content. Any information you add to your profile, intentions, vision boards, journal entries, goals, reflections, and other content you create in the App.
- Chat and voice input. Messages you type to the in-app AI coach, and audio or text you submit for voice features.
- Images and media. Photos you select from your device or capture with the camera for profile pictures or vision boards.
1.2 Information collected automatically
- Usage analytics. Screen views, taps, session length, and feature usage, collected via Firebase Analytics.
- Diagnostics. Crash reports, device model, OS version, and app version, collected via Firebase Crashlytics.
- Subscription status. Purchase receipts, subscription product ID, renewal state, and an anonymized user identifier, via RevenueCat. We do not receive your payment card or bank details - those are handled by Apple and Google.
- Device identifiers. An app-instance identifier generated by Firebase. We do not use the IDFA (iOS Advertising Identifier) and do not track you across apps and websites.
1.3 Information we do not collect
- We do not collect precise location data.
- We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with data brokers.
- Vibo does not display advertising.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To run the App. Authenticate you, save your content, sync across devices, and deliver the features you use.
- AI features. Your chat messages and voice prompts are sent to third-party model providers (Google Gemini, OpenAI, Microsoft Azure Text-to-Speech) only to generate the response you requested. Providers process inputs under their own policies and, under our contracts, do not use your inputs to train their foundation models.
- Subscriptions. To grant the "Pro" entitlement, honor founder/lifetime pricing, and resolve purchase issues.
- Reliability. To diagnose crashes and improve performance.
- Communication. To send transactional messages (e.g., password reset emails from Firebase Auth). We do not send marketing email unless you opt in.
- Legal compliance. To comply with applicable laws and respond to valid legal requests.
3. Third-Party Services
Vibo relies on the following third parties. Each one operates under its own privacy policy.
4. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your profile, content, and derived analytics linked to your user identifier within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., tax records for completed purchases).
5. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Delete your account and associated data.
- Export a copy of your data.
- Opt out of analytics collection.
You can delete your account from inside the App (Settings → Account → Delete Account) or by emailing us at the address below. Residents of the EU/EEA, UK, and California have additional rights under GDPR and the CCPA/CPRA - contact us to exercise them.
6. Children's Privacy
Vibo is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
7. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards: TLS in transit, encryption at rest on Firebase, Firestore security rules that restrict each user to their own documents, and authentication required for every write. No system is perfectly secure; you are responsible for protecting your device and account credentials.
8. International Data Transfers
Our service providers (Google, Apple, Microsoft, OpenAI, RevenueCat) may process your data in the United States and other countries. By using Vibo, you consent to those transfers. Where required, transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses.
9. Subscription Disclosures
Vibo offers auto-renewing subscriptions (monthly and yearly) and a non-renewing lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at purchase confirmation. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings (iOS) or Google Play account (Android). See the Terms of Service for details.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will also be surfaced inside the App.
