Common questions

How do I delete my account?

Open the app and go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. If you can't access the app, email us at contact@shadowai.work from the address tied to your account and we'll handle it within 30 days.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your app store. On iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. On Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

I'm not receiving my password reset email

Check your spam folder first. If it's still missing after 10 minutes, email us and we'll reset it manually. Please include the email address you used to sign up.

Is my journal data private?

Yes. Your entries are encrypted at rest and never sold, shared, or used to train AI models. Details in our Privacy Policy.

Does Vibo work offline?

Practices and guided sessions are downloaded for offline use. The Inner Being chat and voice features need an internet connection.
